Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in process governance or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading and managing projects for a large cross-functional team, while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience building relationships and influencing executive stakeholders to act.

• Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.

• Ability to prioritize and focus.

• Ability to use data and critical thinking to make decisions, with attention to detail.

• Comfortable with navigating ambiguous problems.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an effective operational cadence for governance including: product life-cycle phase gate reviews, design reviews, Senior Vice President approvals, and tactical implementation plans.
• Manage the execution of purchase orders (POs) and invoices across the Advanced Technology Innovation team.
• Support the execution of change management processes.
• Work with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
