    In this role, you will be collaborating with Google Cloud customers, partners and their regulators leading risk based audits and addressing cybersecurity risks, operational resilience and regulatory requirements with a primary focus on the Google common infrastructure, application services and operating environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Go-To-Market, customer security, risk and compliance functions to help them navigate the journey to cloud usage, remove blockers and address any concerns.
    • Lead cloud security risk, operational resilience and audit engagements requested by Google Cloud's customers, internal IT audit teams, assigned third party auditors or regulators.
    • Collaborate across Google product engineering, data center operations, and other teams to prepare product roadmaps that will ensure compliance with security regulations.
    • Build relationships with leadership stakeholders, typically in the Go-To-Market teams and across all lines of defense to retain and enhance trust in Google Cloud's products and services.
    • Review and approve contractual commitments and geo-expansion proposals that impact Google Cloud's control environment, internal policies and procedures and operational capabilities.
