Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in program or project management, business operations or supply chain operations.
Experience in supply chain risk management.
Experience in event monitoring.
Experience with driving cross-functional process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
Ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and data analytics skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Program Manager in our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for driving new risk mitigation programs within our organization from inception. You will frequently collaborate with supply chain operations and engineering teams to develop new processes, identify system solutions, and build program roadmaps.

Structure and drive programs to proactively assess and address risk factors impacting our extended supply chain.
Support new risk management programs from inception to an operational state.
Establish new projects, programs/, workstreams, program structure and framework, communication plans, developing roadmaps and objectives and key results, influence cross-functional teams to establish support, commitment, and program execution.
Solicit and incorporate data into the process for greater insights and analytics.
Manage communication processes both internally and externally.
