Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in the advertising industry, with an emphasis on media trading, strategy development, and partnership management.

The Partner, Agency, and Industry Relations (PAIR) APAC team is focused on the development and incubation of regional strategy for the media partner channel, data/tech partners, and engaging with critical partners who are strategically important for Google’s success in APAC. This team works to drive impact and performance by collaborating with regional leadership of Google’s agency partners as well as cross-functionally within Google.
As the APAC Regional Partner Manager, you will own C-suite relationships for one of our media partners at a holding company level, their operating companies, and be responsible for developing and delivering on Google’s corporate strategy with these partners in the short and medium term. Beyond strategic development, you will be responsible for forming scalable programs and initiatives that drive business impact across key accounts and markets throughout the region. In addition, you may also work with our data/tech partners to drive digital transformation programs.

You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key customers, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
