    About the job

    As a Regulatory and Litigation Senior Counsel, Competition you'll join the EMEA team that leads the strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. The role involves defining a defense strategy, conducting investigations, collection and review of information, and representing the company in engagements.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters.

    • Oversee the collection and production of accurate information in external submissions and disclosures.

    • Provide legal advice on government and regulatory audits and exams.
