In this role, you will lead and coach a high-performing sales team that uses strong business skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will lead relationships and business engagement with high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models in the market. Be it a startup or a more mature business, wherever they stand in their journey, the team sets them up for long term sustained success by bringing the best of digital Ad solutions from Google.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
