Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in sales, sales management, business development, or related experience in technology, internet, advertising, or related field.
Experience mentoring sellers or account managers towards business goals and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience managing teams against goals and in brand performance at scale.
Ability to manage business team operations (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution) and model behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, and managing objections.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders with a passion for consultative solutions and a drive to innovate.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
