Responsibilities
Lead the management, operations, training, coaching, and support of a team of GCS SBS Engage Account Strategists.
Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers, supporting career development and growth.
Deliver business growth, engagement, and ensure high client satisfaction. Meet or exceed goals associated with these objectives, including OKRs and relevant product adoption goals.
Be able to strengthen client relations through key C-level meetings, reviews, and speaking engagements.
