In this role, you will lead a team responsible for driving Corporate Engineering's go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering product and operational excellence and Google-wide business impact during a time of growth for Core and Google. Through leadership and expertise, you will build an agile and impactful go-to-market function for Corp Eng. This will include partnering with Product, Engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to develop user and product insights that shape the overall go-to-market strategy. Additionally, you'll build an understanding of current GTM operations, identifying product area-wide opportunities, creating actionable strategic recommendations, and leading delivery against our highest priority initiatives.
As a leader within the Office of the CIO, you will act as a thought partner for the CIO, Core leadership, and Chief of Staff teams. In partnership with these executives, you’ll help define, drive, and operationalize Corp Eng’s overall narrative and strategy.
