8 years of experience in program or project management
5 years of experience in a leadership role
Preferred qualifications:
MBA
Experience in consumer hardware/supply chain risk management
Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (e.g., functional and business requirements development)
Experience working on technology and tool implementations related to process flows and tracking implementation efforts
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage/coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

As a risk management program manager, you will partner with our business and cross-functional leaders to develop relationship and engagement strategy, lead the agreement/decision making process, and develop/maintain ongoing relationships with our executive leadership team and cross-functional teams.

Build and grow our third-party risk program, and help drive intelligence initiatives targeting risk management.
Lead risk assessments for operational and strategic risk areas identified by Alphabet’s Enterprise Risk Management team.
Track the success of risk initiatives and provide visibility of internal and market risk trends by developing benchmarks and leadership reports with metrics (e.g., objectives, results, risk indicators, risk appetite).
Drive cross-functional and leadership buy-in, prioritization, alignment and implementation of leaks risk mitigation initiatives.
Collaborate with the Office of Compliance and Integrity and ERM to leverage existing mechanisms and create new ones to reach goals.
