With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
In this role, you will work on a variety of projects developing the next generation of Generative AI agents platform. You will work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.

Responsibilities
Build new products and features facilitating Generative AI applications development.
Collaborate with other engineers from Vertex and research to advance the Generative AI development.
Set clear expectations based on their level and role and align to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
Develop the long-term technical goal and roadmap within, and often beyond, the scope of the teams. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
