Senior Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 15 years of experience in building integrated supply chain systems through the entire lifecycle (i.e., analyzing, designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting systems)

• Experience with the ERP domain and the interplay between ERP and PLM, CRM, Quality, and Logistics.

• Experience supporting Master Data Management projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), also know as the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and a certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and/or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• 20 years of experience in large-scale ERP systems deployment.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a bias toward action.

About the job

As a Senior Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you will architect and provide solutions that enable supply chain functions for Google’s Devices and Services operations. You will formulate recommended system design by partnering with external technology providers and internal product teams. By supporting a dynamic systems landscape spanning a diverse group of tools and technologies, you will bring together Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quality, and Logistics. You will also influence solution design to solve supply chain business problems by using industry best practices.

• Architect solutions and manage solution design of systems initiatives in partnership with the internal systems and supply chain business users.
• Act as the Supply Chain subject matter expert with a process focus from planning through fulfillment and returns.
• Define, design, and implement business solutions using custom built and third-party systems.
• Support mission-critical and business-critical systems using IT and software engineering practices.
