As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Establish the idea and drive execution for the team, encompassing cross-functional projects across the Global Networking Technology team.

• Support partnerships with leadership, engineering, and product managers to ensure initiatives align with overall engineering and product priorities.

• Inspire and lead a team of technical program managers who embrace ownership, support collaboration and alignment across software engineering, network engineering, and partner organizations.

• Introduce tooling efficiencies and provide comprehensive support to teams, enabling them to execute projects.
