Position summary

8 years of experience in UX Design.
Experience working with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process (e.g., creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes).
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in UX Design.
- Experience with strategy development, product excellence, and design innovation.
- Experience designing and shipping successful software design experiences for multiple device types and context.
- Experience with design system thinking.
- Ability to communicate/articulate positions and advocate designs.
- Excellent design leadership and communication skills.

The Geo Urban Mobility (GUM) team plays a critical role to improve people’s lives by making cities’ transportation better. While supporting city locals' decision-making and guidance across all transportation modes, GUM focuses on raising capabilities and experiences across eco-friendly modes including transit, cycling, walking, micromobility-sharing, and e-bikes.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative thinking across key frameworks, design systems, and product releases.
- Own the product user experience and optimize the interactions and interfaces based on user behaviors.
- Define and communicate product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders.
- Explore divergent design solutions and develop interaction flows, high-fidelity mocks, and device-specific prototypes.
- Build relationships with team leaders to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
