As a Silicon Hardware Lab Manager, you will work with a team of hardware test engineers who are responsible for prototype bring-up, validation, and qualification of server, networking, and optical platforms. You will also be responsible for liaison between engineering design and test teams to ensure lab resources are accounted for and that we are 'lab-ready' for new products entering the research and development labs as well as supporting sustaining and debug efforts. In addition, you will ensure the labs are well organized and operating in a safe working environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Receive and manage hardware components and material for project builds and disperse hardware per allocation plan.
Work with teams bringing up new labs and services, tasks include documenting lab layout and prioritizing tasks in project plans.
Work with cross-functional teams on bring up tasks such as hardware assembly, programming with hardware tools, and firmware updates.
Manage and organize lab inventory of used consumables by lab users. Maintain an organized, clean and safe operating lab.
Perform linux systems administrative tasks for CI2 labs, which will include debugging system and network issues related to lab networks and engineering test setups. Troubleshoot network issues, including hosts, switches, routers, programmers, and the network infrastructure itself.
