In this role, you will be involved in developing frameworks to ensure that ecosystems of device software and partner apps work. You will also write the tools that measure and give insight on performance in devices and systems.
The Google Nest team focuses on hardware, software and services offerings for the home, ranging from Nest thermostats to Nest smart displays. The Nest team researches, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make users’ homes more helpful. Write product or system development code.
Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
Contribute to documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
