Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience leading multiple projects and/or processes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
• Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency.
• Exceptional project or program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.

gTech Users and Products (gUP) advocates for Google's users and partners (e.g., across countries, cultures, incomes, and identities), shares user insights inside Google, and provides services to Product teams.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will influence the direction of Google's products as they continue to evolve and set the bar high for premier customer care at Google. This includes influencing product strategy, developing scalable product tools, supporting international product launches, providing continuous localization, helping onboard new partners, managing vendor workflows, providing technical implementation services to some of the most strategic partners, and ongoing partner management.

In this role, you will also work closely with internal teams to create and streamline business and operational processes, develop detailed documentation and process diagrams, assist partners with their questions and concerns, and increase the overall efficiency of how we implement our products.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $109,000 - $117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing) to onboard new partners, improve the overall on-boarding process, and support product launches globally.
• Provide operational expertise to scale product support, feature launches, and localizing products.
• Manage strategic partners tactical product integration and management through partner education and troubleshooting.
• Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the partner experience and internal efficiency, including customer service, service level agreements (SLAs), and support volumes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize tools and product features required to improve external partner processes and performance.
