Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.

• Executive-level sales or consulting experience in cloud based (SaaS) technologies.

• Experience managing and leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience meeting and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
• Experience with marketing or business support in developing products, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in an accelerated, constantly evolving team environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the success and growth of our current Google Workspace customer base. You will be responsible for the adoption of our business-relevant and pure-cloud solutions. You will positively impact business metrics including customer retention, business growth attainment, and customer reference-ability through excellent customer relationship management, knowledge, team-work, and programmatic engagement.

You will manage a team focused on maintaining and growing our current Google Workspace customer base. You'll support our customers, operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will be a leader for Google’s innovation in the cloud space and an advisor to medium and large sized companies.

Additional Information (Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $176,000 - $189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and forecast quarterly goals, maintain high retention rates in the customer base, discover and close growth opportunities.
• Hire, coach, and drive a high performance team to deliver against assigned retention and growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work to maximize business results and open opportunities with enterprise customers.
• Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
• Manage an account management team focused on executive-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
