Staff Software Engineer, Search Experience

As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. Responsibilities

• Build large-scale data solutions/pipelines/algorithms, leveraging AI (e.g., Large language models(LLMs), Deep neural network (DNNs)), aimed at solving user-facing problems related to the Search experience (e.g., algorithms to suggest relevant next steps for users).
• Interface with Product Managers and UX team to conceive, and implement at scale new features and experiences that redesigns our current Search results page.
• Develop new User Interfaces/front-end related to new features and capabilities for the Search results page.
• Build robust serving infrastructure capable of powering new user experiences at scale at acceptable latency/capacity.
