Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital marketing, account planning, marketing research, and/or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with first-party data and tools (e.g., business intelligence platforms, surveys, etc.) and third-party data (e.g., syndicated data sources like MRI, Comscore, etc.).
Knowledge of healthcare market, consumer, and competitive trends.
Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
Ability to see and simplify big-picture strategy and implications through granular data for C-level audience.

As the Sales Development Manager focused on Market Intelligence for Healthcare, you are responsible for helping the Sales teams drive C-level client conversations that challenge their thinking and enable them to better future-proof long-term business growth.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Develop and present insights-driven point of view (POV) in front of C-level audiences and own development of keynote(s) for critical industry events and conferences.
Partner with the Healthcare Director to ensure they are positioned externally as a trusted thought leader across the industry.
Lead the management team by growing their industry knowledge and expertise and empower them to think longer-term and become change agents to accelerate clients’ business growth.
Work with first-party and third-party data analysis to develop a fresh market, consumer, and competitive POVs with clear business and marketing implications.
Support the team’s research lead in the development of consumer-focused primary research studies to unlock growth opportunities for clients.
