Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations.
Experience with stakeholder management, initiatives, and operations.
Preferred qualifications:
The Operations and Practices (O&P) Go-To-Market (GTM) team focuses on initiatives to support Vendor Operations, Tools, and Product Enablement teams of gCare. The GTM team ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps gCare O&P teams drive strategic initiatives forward. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will align the priorities of O&P’s Practices team with day-to-day operations to help transform early stage ideas into growth initiatives. In addition, you will partner closely with O&P executives who drive product enablement at scale.
