Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations.

• Experience with stakeholder management, initiatives, and operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a management, a technical, or engineering field.
• 8 years of experience in consulting, software, internet, media industries, and/or early stage companies.
• Experience structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Knowledge of service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
• Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving/analysis, and written/verbal communication skills.

About the job

The Operations and Practices (O&P) Go-To-Market (GTM) team focuses on initiatives to support Vendor Operations, Tools, and Product Enablement teams of gCare. The GTM team ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps gCare O&P teams drive strategic initiatives forward. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will align the priorities of O&P’s Practices team with day-to-day operations to help transform early stage ideas into growth initiatives. In addition, you will partner closely with O&P executives who drive product enablement at scale.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gCare’s O&P organization.
• Enable critical business decision-making by working with cross-functional stakeholders in gCare, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Partner with team members to gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
• Structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans.
• Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses, develop final recommendations, implement, analyze results, and iterate.
