Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in a technology or marketing firm, or equivalent experience in product management, consulting, finance, corporate strategy or sales operations
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product management, finance, or sales operations
Exceptional data analysis, project management, relationship management, and change management skills
Business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence different stakeholders within a complex business environment
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting Go-to-Market strategy, and ensuring execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. The GTM Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will be the lead operating officer to a Global Product Lead (GPL) team. You will work closely with Global Product Leads (GPL), regional Go-to-Market (GTM) and Global Business Strategy and Operations leadership teams to influence strategic priorities and manage the day-to-day analytical processes and workflows in partnership with GPL.
