Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or other engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in manufacturing in electronics,
wearable devices, or computer consumer hardware with experience in Final Assembly, Test and Pack and Surface Mount Technology processes

Drive factory operational readiness by leveraging partner resources, as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across factories from ramp to End of Life (EOL)
Work with OEM partners to ensure performance goals for End to End Yield, Scrap Cost, Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput are met or exceeded from ramp to EOL
Anticipate, communicate, and mitigate operational risk, and work closely with OEMs to manage line bring-ups, qualification, material availability, and quality issues. Secure correct level of capacity based on quarterly and weekly forecast and horizons
Lead communication plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning. Adapt plans based on changing requirements
Coordinate with OEM and Operations teams to prioritize shipments or orders, ensure orders ship clearly as scheduled and that OEM reporting is accurate and timely. Manage Excess and Obsolete tracking and secure destruction
