Responsibilities
Manage factory test stations from engineering builds to End of Production ("EOP"), be the point of contact (POC) to internal and external teams (contract manufacturer/ xture vendors), manage overall test readiness (validation test "xVT" to mass production "MP"), risks and communication to cross-functional teams.
Keep test process synchronized with other sites across the entire production line from Surface Mount Technology (SMT), sub-assembly and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, Packout).
Drive yield, retest rate and test related issues and optimization.
Work with contract manufacturer on test related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), test xtures readiness, cycle time/unit per hour (UPH), and line balance. Manage schedules and plan for all test engineering deliverables (data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, xture bring-up, etc).
Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams in managing control run and process changes.
