Minimum qualifications:
2 years of experience implementing end-to-end manufacturing solutions including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SoC security.
Experience with secure infrastructure deployment for manufacturing touch points.
Preferred qualifications:
In this role you will help develop and deploy Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Testing (SLT) test infrastructure for security key provisioning, lifecycle management at foundry, and Outsource Supply Assembly and Tests (OSATs).
You'll help integrate SoC technologies into devices. You'll facilitate secured ATE and system-level manufacturing testing of SoC to validate performance and screen out devices. You will own all aspects of security with respect to Test and Product Engineering activities to implement secure end-to-end manufacturing solutions including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SoC security. You will partner with IT to provide specifications and deploy secure infrastructure for secure manufacturing touch points.
You will work with various groups to develop digital and mixed signal test and automation methodologies and develop and support internal tools for test program generation, vector tracking, test program release, etc. You will also work on releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production.
