Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Training Program Management or equivalent practical experience.
Experience analyzing data and presenting trends to peers and managers, highlighting data patterns that could be useful for making business decisions.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training development software (e.g., Articulate, Intellum).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience establishing training best practices and knowledge management.
Experience establishing domain expertise, exercising initiative and judgment across multiple workstreams and processes to influence organization to reach goals.
Project and or Program Management experience for training programs within any industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, third-party suppliers and international teams.
The Google Operational Effectiveness, Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team manages end-to-end oversight of Google’s Extended (Contingent) Workforce. The xWS team is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across our contingent workforce. Our team makes it easy for Google managers to engage with the extended workforce, provide training, to include developing standards and guidelines to minimize Google’s risk by leveraging data and insights to assist with planning and strategy for new and existing engagements. We provide processes, tools and know-how to support Googlers through the lifecycle of extended workforce engagements, so our businesses can make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations.
