Vendor Operations Manager, Google Ads (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience working in customer service/support and leading operations with a focus on metrics and performance.

• Experience delivering systemic or operational developments to deliver results and overall customer satisfaction, in project management frameworks.

• Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of one or more of the following: Advertising Ecosystem, Consumers, Partners, Publishers.
• Ability to think strategically and make changes to meet strategic needs within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Manage goals (e.g., service levels, customer satisfaction, etc.) in a fast-paced, complex environment across multiple disciplines and time zones.
• Manage relationships with existing Vendor Partners responsible for service delivery.
• Share operational insights and outlook to internal stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing service improvements and projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
• Act as primary vendor/Google escalation point of contact, communicate staffing needs, and launch requirements with vendor. Work with vendor to test adequacy of workflow documentation and communicate need for updates/clarifications to project management and product subject matter experts.
