Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program or product management, designing software features, and working with an Engineering team.

• Experience working in technology infrastructure and application development.

• Experience in program management (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science or other technical field.
• Experience in client-facing solutions delivery.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to map the customer’s business process and needs to product capability and solution areas.
• Ability to problem-solve and align various stakeholders on a common goal for customers.
• Excellent presentation skills.

About the job

In this role, you will lead complex and multi-disciplinary engineering projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You will manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.

You will work with customers and the field to identify blockers, closely partner, collaborate, and influence the appropriate Engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve the cloud platform services. You will gather intelligence on customer requirements and partner with functional leads in Engineering, to help teams innovate, define, and develop solutions to support the best customer experience.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $170,000 - $183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and account teams to collaborate with customer blockers to understand the underlying drivers and propose solutions.
• Review and analyze customer and field feedback trends to identify top issues.
• Collaborate with customer roles to gather customer architectures, requirements, and technical feedback related to the field customer engagements.
• Research and validate the external factors that would influence a decision to incorporate or fix the platform to meet the business needs.
• Present platform change opportunities to executives based on customer business requirements, return on investment (ROI), and other criteria and influence product roadmaps. Track and communicate progress regarding the agreement and proposed changes to executives.
