Gopuff’s Technology, Product and Engineering Team teams are building solutions to dramatically change the way people purchase their daily goods. We provide the modern-day solution to meet customer’s immediate everyday needs with products ranging from snacks and ice cream to household goods and beer, at the click of a button.

We are seeking a Procure to Pay Analyst who is well versed with Oracle Finance Cloud applications and has in depth knowledge of SCM flows along with critical PTP business processes including PR’s , PO’s, Invoicing and payment. Along with knowledge of these modules knowledge around Inventory modules is critical also. The role will work with multiple business stakeholders to discover and discern business requirements, and execute in partnership with developers. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job! Technical experience, business acumen and strong communication skills are a must. You will be responsible for configuring, designing solutions, and maintaining the enterprise platforms. The right candidate will have the technical aptitude to drive good technology choices through collaboration with empowered teams. Gopuff takes pride in creative problem solving and in-person collaborating to make quick and informed decisions. This role will have a hybrid work schedule, where you will be able to showcase your creativity and build strong relationships with teams in a cross functional manner three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) from one of our 8 hub locations!

You Will:

  • Collaborate with cross functional business partners from Inventory, Procurement , AP and engineering organizations to evaluate the area of opportunity and collaborate in planning, designing and implementing solutions keeping scalability and growth in mind.
  • Analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Manage operational support and create agile environment for the team to collaborate effectively and efficiently
  • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems and processes to implement improvements and opportunities that meet business unit objectives in large to enterprise-wide global processes
  • Solicit, understand, and document customers’ business requirements, goals, processes, and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows
  • Conduct workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams.
  • Propose and demonstrate new and existing functionality
  • Develop training reference materials and process documentation outlining system functionality
  • Manage Oracle Upgrades, Oracle Support and Enhancement requests

You Have:

  • 5+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with at least one full-lifecycle implementation
  • Strong background in PTP (Procure to Pay) and Supply chain modules (Inventory, Procurement)
  • Strong functional knowledge on Inventory, Procurement, Accounts payable modules
  • Knowledge around OTBI reporting 
  • Knowledge around Oracle Security Console and setting up custom roles/responsibilities
  • Experience in designing the oracle financials and consolidation solutions and reporting in fast paced, high volume industries
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations
  • Experience with handling business requirements, managing multiple priorities with keeping change management procedure and documentation in mind
  • Drive to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.

Compensation:

  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.
  • Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within United States): USD $95,000 - $150,900
