ns, flux explanations and ad hoc analysis

• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of prepaid transactions and accrual accounting

• Responsible for managing Scan Invoice process and Vendor Recall process.

• Assist with Store Leasing activities including monthly rent and CAM payments and verify any rent escalations, CAM changes and CAM reconciliations.

• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting needs

• Support external audit efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• 1-3 years' experience in an accounting role
• Experience with Great Plains ERP system - Preferred
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial analysis
• High proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups and pivot tables)
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, Hybrid team environment.
