    You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining the accuracy, structure, and consistency of our product data-an essential foundation for eCommerce, operations, and catalogs. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and enterprise-level product data.

    Internship details

    • Paid internship during Fall 2026

    • Duration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week depending on student interest and availability

    • Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit

    What You'll Do

    As an eCommerce Product Data Intern, you will assist with product data stewardship and help ensure our product information is accurate, complete, and well-maintained across systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Review product information for accuracy and completeness and update records within our Product Information Management (PIM) system

    • Communicate with internal team members and vendors to confirm correct product data

    • Reformat vendor and data-provider files to align with internal upload templates

    • Assist in maintaining product cross-references and substitutions when vendors or preferred products change

    • Review product attributes, technical specifications, descriptions, and units of measure (UOM) for consistency

    • Help gather and organize enhanced product content to support eCommerce, operations, and catalog needs

    • Support Product Management with new product setup requests and related data entry

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What You'll Learn & Accomplish

    By the end of this internship, you will:

    • Gain an understanding of how product data is managed within a PIM and eCommerce environment

    • Develop strong data accuracy and quality assurance skills

    • Learn how to work with vendor-provided data and standardize files to meet internal requirements

    • Understand the new product setup process, including cross-references and substitutions

    • Build collaboration and communication skills by supporting Product Management and cross-functional teams

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    • Course of study in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Exposure to eCommerce, digital merchandising, content management, data systems, or product catalogs

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

    • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed

    • Strong task initiation, organization, and planning skills

    • Ability to work effectively and independently

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable learning new applications and software
