You Will:
Reporting to the General Manager for Global Export. To drive incremental e-commerce and digital sales with international strategic resellers and digital marketplaces. These reseller and marketplace Opportunities will generally represent sales opportunities greater than $3M in potential sales growth. Responsible for the identification, evaluation, development and management of digital channel partner relationships, including growth and contribution margin optimization.
Improve and/or maintain rate of growth with existing reseller accounts
Develop and implement value-added programs and key measurements that align the customer's business objectives with Grainger's value proposition and key customer initiatives.
Create and maintain a strong relationship plan with internal business partners.
Work/lead cross functional teams to review product and service needs across our customer base.
Interface with digital agency partners to facilitate the transmission of product information, customer information and order lifecycle information
Improve performance of key processes that impact contribution margin: merchandising, marketing, freight, supply chain and order performance
Partner with sales organization to identify opportunities implement Grainger eCommerce and eProcurement solutions
Manage day to day marketplace operations, inclusive of data engineering requirements
Build and maintain marketplace performance analytics for improvement monitoring
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Management or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
Proven experience working with digital agency partners such as Rithium, Feedenomics
Experience with digital marketing operations: email, paid search & paid social
Experience selling in digital marketplaces, such as eBay, inclusive of supply chain operations
Experience in scoping and overseeing implementation of level 1 & 2 punchouts with common partners such as SAP, Adobe, etc.
Experience with SQL Script and Phython; familiarity with SnowFlake and PowerBI BI tools
Demonstrated project management skills & ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules and lean budgets.
Proven track record of execution and driving results
Ability to balance multiple projects in varying degrees of implementation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Financial acumen/ ability to manage budgets and understand financial models.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with customers and business partners at all levels within an organization
Ability to operate in matrix-managed environment (directing and coordinating others outside department).
International experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive results within necessary timelines
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
2- 3 days in office per week preferred with more flexibility over time
