ess Automation (RPA) bot's that will interact with multiple systems applications. As a key member of the Automation Team within the Supply Chain Organization, the RPA Solutions Analyst is responsible for implementing efficient systems, processes, procedures, protocol and best practices around robots' demand, forecast and inventory management per the requirements of Business Process Automation team with the creation and evolution of the RPA solution delivery framework, designing solutions, creating business objects and delivering automated processes.
YOU WILL
Act as a process business owner and automation subject matter expert (SME)
Consulting internal business leaders on complex projects, leveraging business teams, IT partners and automation resources
Own partnership with cross-functional business team, IT and support team to ensure consistent, beneficial internal customer interaction and solution delivery
Participate and present data to business leaders during requirements and post audit reviews
Lead direct efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
Responsible of leading training and onboarding of new team members of the automation team
Troubleshoot and anticipate any issues to avoid risk and reduce business impact.
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate multiple processes using RPA software.
Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any process change activities.
Develops system requirements, designing, testing RPA, and supporting implementation.
Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements.
Advanced skills in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts
Present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form
Understand and gain knowledge of all Supply Chain processes
Participate in financial impact reviews on automated processes (such as P&Ls, volume, how decisions impact cost and profit)
Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Develop Process Design documents, Process Map, Risk Impact and Technical Design documents on Automation space.
Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
Works collaboratively with test teams during the UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
Reports status, issues and risks to business leads and Manager, OOM on a regular basis
Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality
Supervise the scheduling of bots and control room
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required
3+ years Experience in related field preferred
3+ years Experience leading work streams required
3+ years Experience leading systems projects, being able to lead project effort during development required
3+ years Experience working and supporting Supply Chain operations required
2+ years Experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.) required
Comfortable under pressure, challenging the business and managing conversations with business leaders across GSC
Demonstrated experience in application development, code development, application testing, component design, and solid understanding of programming concepts.
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams, Visio, Technical Design requirements documentation.
Understands development methodology and implementation lifecycle
Should be trained on RPA tools or test automation tools (UI Path/ AA/ Blue Prism/OpenSpan/WinAuto).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access, & MS Word.
Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind).
Experience with Agile
Ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication.
