    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and track the projects pipeline that identifies automation process ideas to completion, including monthly reporting and maintaining project data

    • New process automation testing and working with business stakeholders for sign-off, including communication with developers on business requirements testing to ensure all business requirements have been met.

    • Once the automation is completed, ensure that production testing is successful prior to final sign-off.

    • Support existing automations relating to change orders, pilot expansions, environment testing, break-fix testing, and general process support to ensure existing automations run smoothly

    • Participate in routine testing relating to when system upgrades affect our processes

    • Partner with the process owners to develop an end-to-end understanding of automation ideas and document the impacted processes and business requirements in a process design document and testing scripts.

    • Consider change management implications for implementation of new and expanded automations & processes

    • Act as a liaison between business and technical resources on assigned topics

    • Proactively ensure adequate test data and testing scripts are available for testing

    • Review and update process documentation based upon process review and testing results

    • Ensure all internal controls relating to the position are maintained for audit purposes.

    • Support other process improvement or testing initiatives as assigned.  Perform related and/or additional job duties as required.

    Education and Preferred Experience

    • Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience.

    • 2+ years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners

    • Understanding of testing process and procedure, including familiarity with ERP systems and other financial systems

    • Previous exposure to a variety of business processes

    • Strong computer skills including Excel and Word

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Analytical critical thinking skills coupled with a structured approach to documentation and procedures
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer service mindset
    • Systems focused mindset with understanding of business services
    • Enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a high pace environment
    • Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours as the position supports a global user base
