Position summary
Position Summary: E-Commerce Planning Coordinator
The E-Commerce Planning Coordinator assists the eCommerce Merchandising, Planning, and Operations Teams in implementing online strategic objectives through the execution of Ecommerce retail processes.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Helps execute the day-to-day implementation and operation of the GC.com website.
- Helps execute the day-to-day implementation of digital promotions across Ecommerce channels including Web, Contact Center, Email, and Affiliates.
- Works in close collaboration with GC.com Merchandising, GC.com Planning, Platform Operations, Retail Marketing and Creative Services to bring the holistic GC Brand digital experience customer-facing.
- Works with the team on executing business requirements for site experience implementation and works with QA teams to ensure their successful deployment.
- Partners with cross-functional channel teams, such as Data Analytics, UX, Product Management, and IT logistics to ensure engaging and frictionless shopping experiences.
- Studies and monitors both short-term and long-term market trends that will affect channel plans for the future.
- Identifies, documents, and works to solve for areas of customer friction within the purchase experience.
