Technical Product Manager

Position Summary: Technical Product Manager

To be the technical expert in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Launch/DTM. The purpose of this job will be to support key ecommerce activities across the business, through the technical delivery of key initiatives. This role is foundational to maintaining our website analytics, evolving our website recommendations, personalization, product feeds and website testing. This will involve liason with the wider ecommerce team, including traffic (PPC, SEO), insights, and merchandising for both Guitar Center and Musicians friend.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Updating and mainting Adobe Analytics
• Tag Management. 3rd party tagging on our websites
• Responsible enhancing our offering, encompasing measuring, optimizing and placement of Adobe Recommends. Work to include sponsored boosting, conditional placements, cart add-ons, tuning work, additional features, data feeds in emails
• Responsible for technical delivery of personalization across our websites, using Adobe Target.
• Website A/B Testing. Responsible for set-up of website testing
• Launch & DTM work. Ad-hoc short-term fixes using, such as UI changes, conditional targeting, content changes
• Data sharing. Ensuring data is uploaded to be used for business activities such as PPC in-store attribution and Facebook
• Product Feeds. Be the business owner for our product feeds. Responsible for the maintainance and optimization. Working with IT, relavant ecommerce contacts and Channel Advisor.
• Task Automation. Helping other departments to automate data being sent
• Additional duties as assigned
