1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

As the Operations Training Coordinator you will expand and enhance the learning and development program, as well as lead the process training cycles for the Order to Cash (OTC) team. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Keep standard operating procedures up to date and help create new ones for process changes
  • Develop an improved onboarding training program for new employees
  • Conduct knowledge assessments across OTC and create refresher trainings
  • Facilitate process improvement and cross-functional workouts
  • Partner with vendors and offshore teams to align process training with OTC strategy
  • Support functional and IT initiatives across GXO functions
  • Act as the liaison with the project management team and align trainings around new project initiatives

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages

It’d be great if you also have:

  • 5 years of experience in learning and development, or process training
  • Experience in the transportation industry or accounts receivable/financial services
  • Experience with Oracle 11R2, R12
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with OTC processes
  • Ability to promote a positive and productive work environment, with the ability to lead, build teams and motivate team members during the training period
