    Position summary

Potential work could include conducting field surveys and interviews to gather end user feedback, analyzing system usage and adherence to established processes and analyzing data to help drive continuous improvement and end user engagement. The intern will be based remotely. 

    What you’ll do on a typical day:

    • Engage and communicate effectively with other professionals throughout the organization
    • Use strategic thinking to approach problems and create solutions
    • Develop and implement project plans; determine requirements, deliverables, resources, timing/milestones and risks
    • Communicate findings and project status clearly and professionally through emails, meetings and presentations
    • Make recommendations to upper management
    • Provide comprehensive reports to business leaders on assignments and other related projects
    • Gain a strong understanding of industry trends and functional area initiatives
    • Collaborate with fellow interns to complete a company-wide group project

    What you need to succeed at GXO:

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    • Currently enrolled as a Masters candidate preferably majoring in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering or Finance
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    It’d be great if you also have:

    • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering or Finance
    • Availability to travel occasionally
    • Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills
    • Solid ability to organize, multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
