    Our Human Resources team is currently seeking a Benefits & Well-Being Program Manager in our Worcester Ma Location. This is a hybrid, full time, exempt role.

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    This position performs a range of project and program management, consultative and analytical activities for well-being and enterprise-wide benefits programs. This role utilizes advanced project management, program management, consulting and influencing skills to deliver high quality programs and practices aligned with talent and business strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Assist with execution and measurement of benefits and total well-being solutions working with internal marketing communications team and HR shared services to deliver an exceptional employee experience
    • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (Marketing, HR Technology team) on well-being and benefits information located on internal and external websites
    • Provide recommended solutions to help our employees navigate our benefits and well-being offerings
    • Analyze and ensure effectiveness of benefits and well-being programs and recommend changes or improvements if gaps and/or challenges exist
    • Responsible for delivery of benefit tools to include business requirements, testing of systems, and development/delivery of training materials
    • Participate in third party surveys having to do with benefits programs
    • May Provide training to key HR partners on benefits philosophy and program highlights, to include regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Paid Leave, ERISA requirements, etc.)
    • Manage third party vendors offering benefits and wellbeing support / programs to the Hanover
    • Partner with marketing team to develop and deliver broad based communications on benefit offerings and the holistic approach to total well-being at the Hanover
    • Partner with IDE team and appropriate BRG’s to ensure benefit programs are aligned with overarching IDE goals and objectives
    • Assist with complex analysis of benefit spend, program utilization, and benchmark comparisons
    • Provide awareness to key HR partners on benefit programs to ensure they understand the value of our offerings
    • Determine gap between current and ideal state then lead the implementation of ideas for improving accuracy and efficiency of HR-related processes and systems
    • Influence change and recommend process improvements
    • May be responsible for leave and time off policies / administration
    • Manage Enterprise-wide HR projects

    WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

    • 5+ years of experience in benefits, Human Resources or a related field
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or MBA (preferred)
    • Strong Program and project management skills required
    • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical with the ability to take a lot of data and synthesize to tell a high-level story
    • Highly collaborative, demonstrating ability to successfully work as part of a team
    • Must have the ability to prioritize effectively and perform tasks quickly and efficiently
    • Strong influencing, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills
    • Ability to stay current on and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
    • Must have the ability to think strategically, be flexible and easily adaptable to change
