Our Commercial Lines State Management Analytics team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program, which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Use analytical skills to develop and enhance unique propriety business tools that drive optimization and consolidation of agent partner business
Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs
Assists in the developing tools, processes and reporting analytics in support of business growth and needs
Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently
Develop data and reports for field and customers to articulate value to agent partners and customers
Provide accurate analytical support to team ensuring results are validated and accurate
Summarize information and effectively communicate analyses in writing and verbally to internal partners
Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving business environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program
Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
0-2 years of professional working experience
Experience with PowerBI, Excel, SQL preferred
Demonstrates initiative, creativity and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions
Self-motivated and organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understands commonly employed techniques for quantitative analysis
Able to work independently with guidance and direction as appropriate
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
