Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex administration problems and issues.
Responsible for troubleshooting, acting on escalated issues and processing the more complex transactions.
Compiles claim files and other documents which many include subpoenas, demand packages and policy coverage confirmations.
Provides resolution for image documentation errors.
Manages, organizes and routes incoming/outgoing mail and faxes; includes monitoring of printers and fax machines. Ensures all correspondence is scanned as appropriate.
Monitors office equipment including postage machine, copy machine, paper fill, fax and alerts vendor of any issues.
Maintains electronic and hard copy files as required; includes file purging and local office retention.
Processes transactional items such as mailing correspondence and preparing invoices.
Performs data entry and runs reports as needed.
Order supplies for the department and manage office expense (Staples) invoices.
Manage special projects as assigned.
May act as backup support for other departments, LOBs and hubs.
Assist with on/off boarding for employees in HUB.
Provide support for event and meeting planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma required
2-5 years of general office experience required
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, website navigation) required
Basic math skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Customer service oriented
Organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize
Able to problem solve
Ability to mentor and develop others
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to use a personal computer and other standard office equipment.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Required to work on-site as needed
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing, or stressful environment
Ability to perform work in a noisy/loud work environment
