YOUR ROLE

  • The Director of Key Accounts will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers, and will be instrumental in architecting and maintaining the infrastructure of a program for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts in the tissue and towel industry.
  • Develop and establish 4Y strategic growth plans and key account innovation road map to achieve business goals.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding account strategy, team member responsibilities and expectations. Drives execution of key priorities and ACE sales opportunities
  • Intensive Team cooperation with operations, sales, field service, product development, and marketing.
  • Monitoring of market and competition, complaints handling and commercial/technical negotiations
  • Steering joint innovation roadmap with customers.
  • Excellent project management to introduce our innovative new products and technologies
  • Provide Quarterly plant service requirements to drive local account activity of the sales/field service teams.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar/related is required.    
  • 7+ years of b2b experience in a relevant engineering, technical, sales or business management role is required. 
  • Previous experience in a Key Account Management position with a focus on solution/value selling is required. 
  • Experience managing a sales team is required. 
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
