YOUR ROLE

  • Unique opportunity to pioneer and lead new projects to support the Henkel 3DP operation and business
  • Supports the development of industry leading technologies and their launch to the market
  • Employs lean manufacturing practices to improve safety, scale operation, and address bottlenecks
  • Constructs Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFEMAs) to evaluate product quality risks
  • Implements process improvements to maintain Henkel product quality leadership
  • Generates and modifies Bills of Material (BOMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and  related documentation to support consistent manufacturing of finished goods.
  • Contributes to the North American Sustainability Program and seeks ways to locally make an impact
  • Manages Plant Preventative Maintenance Program for production and facility equipment.
  • Assists Plant Manager on developing and realigning operations strategy to support business growth
  • Provides insight and assistance in resolution of shop floor challenges and non-routine activities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline required.
  • 2+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a chemical batch process environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards 9001 and/or 13485 preferred.
  • Ability to contribute as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Digital affinity, adaptable, ability to embrace change and innovation.
  • Collaborative approach with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Able to work with and around hazardous materials, and manufacturing equipment.
