YOUR ROLE

• Execute the global E-Commerce strategy in the local market including assortment, media, content & promotion
• Support all day-to-day catalog maintenance responsibilities for Amazon North America with support from the global E-Commerce lead
• Manage new product launches & content updates including new item set up, secondary assets, A+ content, brand store etc.
• Support on open invoices, chargebacks and address operational/ inventory issues
• Collaborate with external agencies to implement best-in-class content & media campaigns
• Closely collaborate with internal business functions and other strategic business unit leads in North America
• Leverage data and analytics to derive actionable insights to further grow/ develop the business
• Upskill organization, act as an E-Commerce ambassador

YOUR SKILLS

• 3-5 years experience in E-Commerce, Amazon experience a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with excellent grades
• A strong customer orientation and collaborative approach
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate about E-Commerce
• Strong troubleshooting & creative problem-solving skills
• Activation to a seamless customer experience
• Highly analytical and data driven

The salary for this role is $65,100.00 - $94,400.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
