YOUR ROLE

• Execute operational standard processes with the target to enable, secure, improve, and verify supply while managing critical shortages and avoiding stock outs that impact manufacturing production schedules.
• Generate and monitor purchase orders that ensure material availability to support plant manufacturing requirements.
• Manage material inventory and support plant inventory improvement efforts to reduce excess and blocked stock inventory.
• Support and actively participate in A3 thinking process.

YOUR SKILLS

• 1+ years' experience in purchasing and planning structures (MRP).
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Materials Management; Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment.
