    JOB SUMMARY:

    Sells technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations.  Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.  Brings on new business, hits sales quotas, and embraces the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Responsibilities

    ·         Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

    ·         Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

    o    Unearth new sales opportunities by networking with assigned clients and Henry Schein Dental field representatives and turning them into long term partnerships

    o    Present products to prospective clients

    o    Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

    o    Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

    ·         Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

    ·         Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

    In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

    ·         Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

    ·         Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    ·         Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

    ·         Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

    ·         Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

    ·         Organizational and time-management skills

    ·         A business acumen

    ·         Enthusiastic and passionate

    ·         BS or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing

    Experience:

    ·         2 to 4 years proven experience as an Account Executive or global equivalent, or in other sales/customer service role

    Physical Activities:

    This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment.
