This position is responsible for leading the Operations team supporting Henry Schein Repair infrastructure at multiple sites across the US. We seek leaders that are passionate about building and developing great teams and individuals to make a positive impact to healthcare. The role will be focused on driving the repair operational strategy and implementation that will support the commercial business growth strategy. The role will focus on continuous improvement, team development and local site strategy to ensure world-class customer satisfaction. Operational efficiency, Lean processes, and best practices to be applied to all processes ensuring customer focus.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 5 or more years of management experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
