JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible to provide control and expertise of the Company’s complex projects to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Incrementally advance the Project Management Office framework for the Company, support the continued oversight of all major projects and related resources, provide management reporting and metrics, manage related applications for data integrity and provide reports to management on a regular basis
· Support established policies and procedures for project management methodology and ensure integrity of all project related data.
· Plan and oversee projects and programs to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
· Develop comprehensive program/project management plans, best practices and templates while providing training and mentoring to project teams
· Oversee project and program management activities in an organized and disciplined manner consistent with accepted project and program management standards
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with strategic goals
· Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, Vendor Partners and Business Lead(s) to drive and deliver on digital transformation roadmaps
· Develop and prepare project measurements and reports for senior management on both projects and portfolio level
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Monitor and understand dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
· Implement and support appropriate methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, Scrum
· Manage projects using industry standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet & SharePoint
· Manage relationships with teams and all stakeholders
· Ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the project
· Participate in other special projects and perform other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE:
Seasoned, experienced senior level professional, in-depth knowledge and full understanding of multiple disciplines and good knowledge of other related disciplines. Assignments are broad in nature and require excellent judgment and analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity to solve. Complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts of a particular field. Resolve a wide range of complex issues and assignments in creative and effective ways. Serve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. May play a support role in high-level projects that have an impact on company’s future direction. May take on project lead role on medium-sized projects. Barriers to entry may exist at this level.
COMPLEXITY:
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Interpret internal and/or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to solve a range of complex problems and assignments; take a broad perspective to identify solutions. Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Guide others in resolving complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures. Network with key senior internal and external personnel inside and outside own area of expertise.
SUPERVISION:
Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations. May act as a resource to formally train and mentor TSMs with less experience. Assignments are broad and moderately complex in nature. May manage vendor relationships.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically, 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience
The posted range for this position is $95,040-$166,320, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
