    Position summary

    nt, vendor set-up documentation, and the optimization of supply-chain metrics.

    • Utilizes established policies and processes, to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.

    • Develop and champion ideas for improvements to enhance results and efficiencies.

    • Participate in Special Projects as needed.

    MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

    Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:

    Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

    GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong project management skills

    • Basic understanding of industry practices

    • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures

    • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques

    • Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills

    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    • Basic presentation and public speaking skills

    • Basic interpersonal skills

    • Developing professional credibility

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and/or product management processes and procedures experience

    • Experience working with regulated products and devices

    • PC proficient - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

    The posted range for this position is $45,000-$95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

    This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
