How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement account strategies that align with customer business objectives
  • Define and execute sales targets, ensuring strong revenue growth
  • Lead account planning cycles, including executive relationship strategies
  • Build trusted partnerships with mining industry clients
  • Oversee pipeline management and strategic account planning
  • Identify market opportunities and respond to competitive activity
  • Promote the full range of Hitachi Energy solutions to assigned accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score

Your Background

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management, or Marketing (experience may substitute for degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in mining industry sales, engineering, or account management
  • Strong existing relationships within the mining sector
  • Candidate must already have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
