How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with customer business objectives
- Define and execute sales targets, ensuring strong revenue growth
- Lead account planning cycles, including executive relationship strategies
- Build trusted partnerships with mining industry clients
- Oversee pipeline management and strategic account planning
- Identify market opportunities and respond to competitive activity
- Promote the full range of Hitachi Energy solutions to assigned accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score
Your Background
- Master's or bachelor's degree in technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management, or Marketing (experience may substitute for degree)
- 5+ years of experience in mining industry sales, engineering, or account management
- Strong existing relationships within the mining sector
- Candidate must already have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- Ability to travel up to 30%
